Canopy latch source ?

Does anyone know how to contact the guy that makes the FLUSH canopy latch for Tip ups ? I cannot find my receipt or info.

You push the front down outside, the lever lifts and you rotate the lever to open.
Inside it has a SS lever and bell crank to push the rods forward and rear.
