Can’t enter G3X config mode

I have three G3X Touch displays. Two are configured as PFDs and one as an MFD. heretofore, all has been great. However, I went out to put the MFD into config mode and was not able to be successful. Instead of getting the config screen with all of the various icons, I got a simple gray config screen. After a few seconds, the MFD rebooted. This behavior was consistent across several attempts to get it into config mode. Other than this, the display is working properly.

The other two displays (PFD‘s) are still able to go into config mode successfully.

Has anyone seen this behavior previously? Any thoughts as to what the problem might be?

Thanks Walt! Not sure why I did not know that. Possibly I never tried it from the MFD in the past. In any case, always glad to put to rest an imagined issue!
