Beringer Wheels Axle Extension

I have the Beringer wheel kit, which comes with with axle caps that screw on and get cotter pinned. However, the wheel pants require an axle extension to stick out past the cap.

I have seen a few pictures from build logs that show an axle extension, but I cannot figure our what this part is, and where I can order one. I am assuming the stock axle extension from Vans will not work here.

Just for the record, Beringer does make one for the RV-10. I bought them at Sun & Fun last year.

Beringer uses these on new wheel and brake kits for the RV10. However, there are a lot of builders out there that still have the standard axle nut that was used on the RV10 until fairly recently.
