For those using Beringer wheels on your RV-10 there is a Service Bulletin (That I missed July 2024) to adjust the fairing clearance to accommodate the new design brakes. (EA-003.3(D), finned brake pads) Easier to modify it now if still in the build stage.

Thank you! I have the Beringer wheels/brake kit (from Van's) but have not installed anything yet. This is great information. How did you come across it? I'm not sure how else I would have found out.

Ran across in the Beringer web site tab support and then Service Bulletins. The new brakes are finned so they have added surface area for cooling and suppose to last twice as long as the original design.

Tip: you can subscribe to see changes on various manufacturer's websites to get notified the day they release a new SB. There's a bunch of services that do that, like Visualping and changedetection.io. (I personally run my own copy of changedetection.io - a little more work to set up but no subscription required)
