Baggage Floor Dimpling

This will probably seem obvious sooner than later, but the dimpling in step 4 is meant to be flush on the top side as shown, correct?

That is correct - to allow the cover plates to sit flush with the baggage floor pans.

Thanks Bob. It all makes sense now. I think I was so used to the plans spoon-feeding me "this side flush" instructions that my brain short-circuited when they were omitted. Lol My hindsight game is strong though.
