Baffle Modifications

At 200 hours, I decided to fix some of the issues I had encountered with my one-of-a-find plenum/baffle implementation. One of the changes I made was a part substitution from the original baffle kit. I was never happy with the inner back bulkhead as it curved this way & that, not square to anything, and just sort of random. The RV-14 CB-00017 part fit like a glove, including the cylinder barrel wrap...

So, for those of you similarly afflicted trying to make the BAF-8-IO360 kit for the IO-360-Axxx (200HP) motor fit, I humbly submit the following changes:

1. Instead of part CB8-6 LEFT BACK INNER BULKHEAD, use CB-00017 from the RV-14 kit.

2. Fabricate a splice plate from 2024-T3 .032 to join the CB-00017 and the CB8-5 LEFT BACK BULKHEAD.

3. Instead of Part 23 CB8-23 LEFT TEMP Raiser, use CB-00006 from the RV-14 kit or similar pattern. This protects the injector body from incoming air and making a mess.

Pictures attached of the changes and new parts (pic 1 view from left side of aircraft, pic 2 view from directly above motor mount looking left of centerline, pic 3 & 4 views from left side of aircraft, trying to show the splice, Pic 5 is the #2 Temp riser).

There is ample height for baffle attachment and the RV-14 part is pre-punched for baffle seals, if you choose not to do a plenum.
