Back seat tray table

Has anyone built a fold out airline style rear seat tray table for a 10?
Possibly flipping down from the back of the front seat or folding out of the centre and then to the side..
Should be a nice option for long trips as there surely is more than enough room for that.
Having a nice hot coffee/breakfast at 10kft should be a treat for the pax.
(And I haven't installed the microwave yet but who knows )

I'm sure you are aware of the dangers of opening a hot thermos at altitude!

I absolutely do that is why i plan to heat the water on the pop-out gas stove next to the toaster
