Just a shout out to Atlantic Air Tool Company, about their great service. I purchased a 314CH pneumatic rivet squeezer from them about 2+ years ago, and it stopped working the other day. After disassembly, I found that the position failed, which is a part that really should never fail. I reached out to them about the problem, and was ready to order a new part, when they told me they had a bad batch, and had seen the failure before. They gave me their UPS account number, to sent them the now disassembled unit, and they would fix the issue, and refer anything that was needed. I got the repaired unit back 2 days after they received it. No one wants a tool to break, but with service like this, it's not so bad.
