Armrest Advice for RV-14

I like nice armrests for both arms in an airplane. The ones I've seen on the side panels are too low and I've never see one in the center. On my production airplane the center arm rest pulls up and, with a push, retracts into the seat back. Seems that something like this should be available for RVs. Has anyone seem anything like this? Any other advice about arm rests?

There are center consoles available, which would at least provide a right arm rest. They also help getting out.

Looks good. Anyone who's installed one have a PIREP on it?
This is a very good product.

After upholstery it looks great

I'm not a wide person but find the centre console takes up a lot of width from the seat area, one of the benefits of the 14.
I would think twice if you are wide or have wide passengers. The console takes up just about all of the space between the seat cushions.

EZ Out Console is a great product, and was easy to install. It's very stable to brace on when getting in and out of the cockpit, is a nice armrest during flight, and you can store alot of stuff in it. I'm 6'3, 200lb and it doesn't cramp my style, even on those 3+ hour flights. Would highly recommend it.

This is a relatively low cost (less than 50 bucks) at almost any upholstery shop. Doesn't give you storage options but I have repurposed my fuse panel to act as a glove box.
