There are two builds going on at KMOR right now. Mine and my EAA chapter and a group of high school kids. They meet and work on the build most Mondays at the EAA hangar. Mitch Lock (Prior President and CFO of Vans) also comes in and helps. He is at Hensley Airpark.
I am a little bit ahead of them and hope to be flying in a month or two.

By and large, school flight programs have been a huge success, turning out high quality young people as well as quality airplanes. Some completions become local trainers, but most are marketed by aircraft dealers, while the kids go on to advanced schools and (hopefully) aviation and/or STEM...

Not and iS but I have 2011 RV12 in the Bristol area.
I am in Lexington, KY and was looking for someplace to fly on Tuesday. If you are available I can make it Knoxville or Knoxville area.
