Anybody else go down the rabbit hole adding IS parts to a Legacy?

Are you building as E-AB? If you are building as ELSA, technically you aren't allowed to deviate from the design at all until after it is certificated. (this is in response to the post title)

I added the F-12132 headset brackets to my legacy 12 (after construction, I bought it already flying), but that's all. I'd love to be able to import the fuel tank from the iS but that's a much bigger modification...

Looks like you're putting in the whole "center console" system from the iS? Neat, but could be a can of worms in terms of avionics and flap controls... as Eriselle said, hopefully you're building E-AB?
