Jeez. With all due respect. Let me be a bit more clear. Do you want old school eyes out only or do you want ADSB and eyes out. Crikey you guys have thin skins. I don't know about you guys, but I'll take both any day of the week. And Yes, I'm a VFR pilot. I watch outside most of the time, but part of my scan is the three displays plus that Lady yelling "Traffic".

You obviously didn't read or understand my post. I never "either/or". I thought I was very clear that ADS-B is a great tool. But it does NOT replace a good visual scan outside. And the fact of the matter is that it IS legal to not have a transponder/ADS-B in certain airspace - so relying on ADS-B alone to save you is foolish.

Well, given that you're the one who berated pilots flying around without ADS-B while in the pattern doing TnGs and "being oblivious and not caring", I'd say ignorance pretty much fits.
