I received my special airworthiness certificate last night. N26JW is official, RV-12is with the 912is engine, 3 blade prop and single screen Dynon system, full interior.

3 years and 11 months start to finish. At least one year total time waiting for kits, parts, etc.

It’s a great feeling. Keep pulling those rivets.

LODA

Don’t forget your LODA if you have need for an instructor to ride with you for any reason.

Looks great, Jeff! Congratulations!

Just curious...how much does it weigh (obviously without paint). Does the weight include wheel pants?

You did it!

Great job. Last time I saw it was when you showed it to me in your garage! Half way through my fuselage build so maybe I'll be joining you early next year.

BTW - i flew my 5 hours for the insurance requirements up at Chesapeake Sport Flyers with Dan Wroe. Highly recommend both. They have 2 Rv-12s and Dan has 500+ hours instructing in the 12.
