Before engine start of our RV-7A IO-360 the CHT and EGT temperatures displayed on the EIS showed 195 and 230 degrees respectively. Is that what others are showing as well? TIA

Type K grounded thermocouples are supported for exhaust gas temperature (EGT) measurements.
Type K Thermocouple, 3/8-24 Threaded, CHT, Alcor 86253.
Type K Thermocouple, Clamp, EGT, Alcor 86255.
CHT, EGT, and oil temp should all be indicating close to ambient. Also, manifold pressure should be indicating the local altimeter setting, give or take an inch or so. If you aren't indicating close to those values, something isn't right.
