I have a 60 amp Mitsubishi Alternator that’s been erratic on holding steady voltage. It was an Air Tec ….i think Air Tec was an airboat/ experimental supplier in Merritt Island Florida.
Any thoughts on the origin of the alternator?

Looks to be internally regulated? Pull that sucker off, head to Autozone and pick up a Duralast 14824 for $120. Or, look at RockAuto for more options, vehicle to search is a 1988 Suzuki Samurai.
