Alternate air box - what is this one?

For the brain trust...I purchased this 7A about 3 years ago and it came with this air intake/alternate air device on the IO-360 Lycoming. I am not the builder but this definitely does not look like a Van's part. In one position the intake air is through a K&N filter, the other position is direct ram air from nose inlet. I would like to replace the nylon bushing inside this but there are no external P/N's on it and I've never seen anything like it. Is anybody else using one of these or know where it came from?
