Aileron trim

Has anyone used the Vans electric aileron kit installed as per OP 38
If so, how well does it work, does it interfere with the feel of the aileron. Did you make any changes or as stock?

I've installed several of these. I installed per the plans. It works well. It does hold the stick off to the side if trimmed to that side, and the stick has just a tiny bit of tension on it, but in flight it isn't an issue. I recommend it.
