Aerosport NACA vent valve

I was wondering if others that purchased the valve received the flange to connect the scat tube to the bulkhead with their order. The website made it seem like it was included, but my order didn't include it. If your order didn't include it, from where did you get the appropriate flange? Thanks for your help.

Flanges

Well, the flanges were easy to find on aircraft spruce, but if they’re supposed to be included, I’d rather not pay for them.

I didn’t get them with my kit. I don’t believe they’re included.

Received my NACA controller yesterday and they did not come with them. I ordered them from vans.
