I heard that the formula for AeroShell 6 has changed and it is kind of runny to the point where it is starting to leak out of constant speeds. Anyone else heard of anything like this?

Yes, I investigated this last year with phone calls to Sensenich and Hartzell, and they confirmed it, although this formula change occurred 1 or 2 years ago. I was having grease leak from the hub of my Hartzell CS propeller after annual inspection in July and thought the formula change might be the culprit. However, I found the problem to be a grease fitting stuck in the open position in the hub. Cleaned the fitting and stopped the leak (the logbooks showed that the grease being used was Aeroshell 5, anyway).

Five or six, I don't remember specifically.

NYCO GN3058 Grease is now being recommended by Hartzell for props being overhauled, resealed, etc per their service letter that came out on Jan 6th. Service letter HC-SL-61-366
The service letter goes on to say basically keep on using the grease that you have been using until the prop is disassembled. And that all new props coming out of the factory will have the new Grease.

overhaul/maintenance manual within three months or 30 flights whichever
occurs first.

oil base and the same thickening agent; therefore, mixing of these two

I found that Aeroshell 6 is dripping out of my grease gun (at 70 degrees F) yikes!
