After a week or so of being offline (that I know of), the link I included is working again. I assume, but haven't verified, that other links will work now, too.
Edit: I spoke too soon. The site doesn't seem to be quite put back together yet: several links on http://www.matronics.com/aeroelectric/Downloads.html are coming up as "Forbidden."

Try navigating from the main page. Once you go in this way all the links appear to be working for me.

Today, following your link is giving me "This site can’t be reached [...] ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT." However,
is (mostly) still working.
Still down. 4/29 email said there was a move underway:
"Dear Listers,
Matronics/Kitlog HQ is moving this week starting on Wednesday 4/29. We are going
to unrack all the servers and gear starting Wednesday morning 4/29. We will
be loading it all into a truck. We will head North to the Toledo Washington
probably on Monday morning for the two-day journey. The new Internet connection
is up and working great already, but it will take us a couple of days to get
everything unpacked and hooked back up in a spare room, until the new Server
Room is completed. We are anticipating the email and webservers (Matronics/AeroElectric/Kitlog))
will be down 7 days from Wednesday 4/29 through at least
Wednesday 5/6. I am sorry for the downtime, but this is going to be a way better
setup, once the move is complete...
