Aero-tow lugs for -10

My neighbor gave me a old electric Aero-tow he had laying around. The attach lugs are too big as he used it on a 182. Where can I get the proper attach pieces for a -10? I have done a few different searches with no luck yet.

We made our own adaptors from a bit of correctly sized tube.

On my Power Tow, I just turned the lugs around from what I used on my old C-172.
