Hi there,

I'm wondering if anyone has successfully installed the Rotax version of the carburetor drip trays (part number 874 300)? My originals have cracked and are in need of replacing. The Vans parts are on backorder and unusually more expensive than the Rotax version. Any input or photos would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, I replaced the Vans “trays” with Rotax ones. $40 each when purchased, probably more now.

Nearly double at $78.47 per Lockwood. Might not be that far off the cost of doing it with Van's parts though.

Thought I'd share a few photos of the Rotax trip trays during and after install. Everything seems to fit perfectly.

Drip trays look good, but if you don't install drain hose they will still pour fuel on hot exhaust.
