I am having a tough time with those two 4-10 rivets that connect the 811C angle, 811B bars, and 811 bulkhead. Just a very tight place to work. Problem may be simple as finding the right bucking bar. Even cherrymax rivets are not going in to suit me.
Am moving up to 5/32nd size now, with new bucking bars on the way. Temptation is strong to put an AN3 bolt there, but feel sure it has to be a shear connector.
Anyone tried to put a NAS bolt there? Seems possible, but might be tricky to do it right. Thanks for any help out there.
