Anyone have insight on how the recent FAA 51% ruling will affect the RV-10 QB kits?

No effect at all. The kits listed on the FAA approved kits list are still approved. The moratorium is for new kits.

The last I recall was that Van's had never submitted the RV10 for the 51% ruling. That may be old news, but I was surprised when I 1st heard it (at least a year ago)

The RV-10 and the RV-10QB have been on the list since May of 2005.
