Refinishing the worktable top I built back in 1981.

Has an "umbilical" for power & air, 9 drawers on each side, with an overhead additional LED work light ...

Appliance white gloss enamel.

When the outer panels (shelf width ~11 1/4") have too many holes to patch I just replace them, keeping the center section for the next go round.

Always on rollers w/brakes.

My idea of refinishing the work table is unscrewing the top & flip it over. Than its good for the next plane.
Maybe some day I'll get fancy & treat it to drawers, like your great looking table.

Didn’t there used to be an airplane sitting in that spot? 😉🤔

You can't see it (unless you have a magnifying glass) - but my top is in three distinct sections: a middle & 2 wings (shelf width melamine) where most of the drilling takes place. So I do get two "uses" out of each wing before replacement.

That is a work of art. Everything you could want. Let me know when I can come by and pick it up.:)
If you enlarge the attachment, and look at the far left corner you will see the DIY spar yoke (w/6K lb tandem squeezer) that mounts on that corner when the paint dries.

I think it - work table (along with its younger brother) is already in my will somewhere ...
