#4 Baffle

Has anyone else had the #4 baffle with the bend too low like in the attached picture? Did you modify it or leave it? If you left it like this, are you flying and have you noticed any high temps on #4? It seems to me to be a part that is not in spec. The RTV that Vans has you butter on to the inside corner doesn’t contact the fins at all.

If it was me, I'd mark a new bend line, pull the baffle and rebend it appropriately.

Thanks for the reply. I redid it and it wasn’t that difficult. The hardest part is getting the baffles in and out. Finger nails on the chalk board.
