390 EXP 340

My engine arrived and the box says YIO-390 EXP 340. Can somebody confirm the 340 is the derivative for the Thunderbolt version?

Mine is slightly different. YIO-390-EXP260. Delivered last week.
Possibly the various combinations of Fuel/No Fuel, IGN/No IGN, Accessory case, or not options. But happy to be corrected!

That is correct. Mine is an EXP-241. I confirmed with Lycoming that the number reflect the variations.

btw- for the EXP-390 series, use the 390 C series parts manual.

Is this recommendation for the -119 version? I have a Thunderbolt non-119 version and Jeff Schans at Lycoming indicated it is the "A" series.

Yes. The "standard" version is an -A3B6 (I think) and the -EXP119 is a -C.
