21iS Page 08-step 4

Hello. Tech support is closed so I am going to bother you guys. On page 21-08, step 4 it says ?Machine Countersink#30 the two holes indicated in the F-1252. SET ONE ASIDE FOR LATER USE.?
So do I leave out one of the CS4-4 rivets for now?

Hmmm. Maybe it just refers to the other F-1252 that will be used in succeeding steps?
