2 seat RV 10? (cargo pod related)

Just out of curiosity... has anyone built an RV-10 without the back seats? constructing and registering it as only a 2 seater? Perhaps you have more cargo than people to carry, or for saving on insurance?

Rv-7 (eventually)

The rear seat backs as designed, can be removed in a couple of minutes to allow you to operate as a two seater, but you still have the flexibility to use four seats if/when you need to.

You could certainly build and license a -10 as a 2-seater, but if anything happened with back seats in it, insurance would have an "out."
