1545 miles to go - closing in on Oshkosh

After being grounded for four days in Greenland due weather, slot requirements and no fuel I finally decided to go straight to Goose Bay with no extra fuel to play with. Airtime 07:49 h, when I landed I still had fuel for another 01:40 h. Calculating conservative is always good, when I landed TS were acting around the airport.
Strong headwinds from now on towards Oshkosh, but will make it on time - easy! 1545 miles to go - that was this afternoon.

Slot requirements and no fuel? Is that at the new BGQO/Qaqortoq? I know Bluie West One is closed, but, this new Narsarsuaq airport doesn't sound like an improvement...

7:49 enroute sounds exhausting; I didn't think that'd be possible even with 57 gallons... nice job!

Yes, Qaqortoq and also Nuuk. Going there and wait for the west coast to clear and get fuel farther North was not possible because lack of parking spots. Changing plans according weather requires time to do the slot requests, wait for it (mine was denied) - and then the weather changes on short notice, requiring a new plan. It was so much easier a year ago! When finally fuel is available at Qaqortoq at least this airport might be available for a fuel stop, but then you still must have time to move on before the next airport closes - I need even more fuel capacity !!

Weathers not looking good on eastern approaches to the US. Storms from Hudson Bay to the Gulf Of Maine.
Good luck.
