In the throws of trying to finish a 2013 kit. I applied SB 18-02-02 and decided to apply SL 00068 to make the install (and future remove and reinstall) stabilator easier. My question is that the SB 18-02-02 came with AN470AD3-3.5 rivets. Those have the round heads vs countersunk heads. When I'm looking at the SL 00068 all the rivets are shown as countersunk. Should I put countersink rivets on hinges?

I believe the gussets use the round head rivets. step 15.

Yes they go on the inboard sides of the top and bottom gussets. The shop head of the one close to the spar is fun to reach.
