Can somebody provide a translation of "friction tape" (as used to secure the brake lines to the undercarriage leg) to something I might find in the UK? Never heard of it here ......

Stretchy black electrical tape that has some stick-um on it but really sticks to itself better than to a substrate... more textile based than plastic based.

The kind of tape that they used to put on baseball, er, cricket bat handles. (or something similar).
