Is Mark having the F1 built in the US now? last I heard the Cz Rep was too expensive ? The F1 web site does not offer any news. Also heard or read here that he was considering a composite wing.
Just curious. Always liked the f1.

new F1 production?

Not Yet
Yes it was.
No it doesn't.
Yes he is.

I cannot improve on that! Thanks Milt!

Carry on
Mark

PS if any of you are seriously interested, let me know. I will certainly pull the trigger on new parts production if enough folks want to participate.

I just love to go fishin':D

Common usage, although a bit dated, --- parrot like, as in talks too much, or long winded.

Oshkosh, B'gosh...

Mark,

Will you be at OSH this year? We're having a Rocket safety forum if you're interested in stopping by...Monday 28 July @1100, entrance to forum tent area. Tuesday evening Rocket get-together at Ultralight vendor camp @1900. See ya there!

PS: What about the P.I. for building your kits?

EJ,

Call Mark, order a kit, build it then fly it. There is no more remarkable experience in life nor finer airplane than an F1. Also as Smokey suggested stop in and see the Rocket guys at OSH.

Hey Smokey:

We gonna TRY to get there (no guarantees in this VFR business) -- my buddy scraped up enough folks to help with the fuel to get our C45 there, and we will see if we can get both engines running Sunday AM. If it all works as advertised, we'll be there by 1500 or so, parking in the Warbird area, and camping with another Rocketeer in the North 40.

I'll certainly be at the Safety Meeting -- you'll find Jeff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Should be a good forum. Tues eve will be another matter -- bring your bestest lies and outright fabrications; you will be judged.:D

Carry on!

Oooh, Oooh, I wanna see the round engine bird...forget the F-1, get those Pratts running and have some fun! I can't wait to see you round engine bird in person! :)

Milt...is the Radial Rocket back in the air yet? If so, will it be at OSH to marvel at?

Cheers,
Stein

:mad::mad::mad:

I was hustling to get it up (the airplane) by OSH but alas life is conspiring against me.

Engine arrived with the wrong engine mount ring and I cannot finish the new lower cowl and induction system without the enginge hanging. Now I am waiting for a new ring from Russia. Unfortunately I will be arriving in an SR 22 not my round grumbly steed.

Not to worry though I have a trip planned up to your neck of the woods this fall and will absolutely have to stop in and see your shop.

The Prototype radial rocket will be at OSH.

If you're lucky, you'll never grow out of the round engine fascination.

"There's only one thing better than having a 985, and that's having TWO of 'em!":D

Our bird is #242 -- with the nifty yellow rudder trim tab. I'm sure we can pass the hat for some fuel & oil fundage, and go out for a hop.

See y'all at OSH!
Mark
PS Where is your booth this year -- I still need that fuel level thingy I ordered -- can ya bring it with ya?
