It sure looks like it- I believe they have the announced jackscrew trim system and final tail feathers installed, but there is still evidence in the roof of the door pillar area of the original flap handle pivot bearing, which has been there for a while.

Definitely has the jack screw. I could see under the horizontal stab where there was a spot to cover a gap where the jack screw is and can slide.

Not only that, but I see NO trim tab on the elevator... and the new fairing on top of the horizontal has a space cut out to allow for its movement.
