Flying in Rain - Dreaded Front Canopy Seal

Checking out new owner in an RV-12iS and we flew through a little rain. Water started dripping off both sides of instrument panel. BTW visibility was VFR+ and the rain was light and short lived, thankfully. This is no Bueno. Not my plane but I am helping owner. I see a seal in place....

I see "12 CANOPY SEAL KIT" on Van's store for $58 + shipping. I don't want all that.

Anyone have the Van's part number just for the front seal, or generic seal dimensions I can buy in the Aviation section of Home Depot, Ace, Lowes.

I will take a picture and post it. It does not continue all the way side to side but assume that is the is to make room for the canopy the fully shut.

Edit found this from back +11 yrs ago not seeing what I need but there is a note about people failing to install side rib seals?

Van's store: Part number C-1217A= S44BL204 Pemko Seal 1" x 10', $16.92. Silicone Seal Adhesive-backed Fire and Smoke Gasketing, 7/16"x5/16".
You may want to check to see that the F-1240 to F-1201 seal is also installed (SB 13-12-12) to keep water out of the avionics.

In case Vans is out of stock or you need it really fast, here is the same from Grainger (but a 20 ft length):
Thank you Gentlemen, that is the good info I needed... Appreciate it.

SB 13-12-12 is for RV-12, this is a RV-12iS. SB effective for both models?
The issue is water is coming in under the skirt of the tip up canopy and running on top of the glare shield,
over edge of instrument panel like a mini waterfall. I think I will go for new seal.
120 kits can drive water into all kinds of places.

SB-13-12-12 for the legacy RV-12 was incorporated in the KAI for the RV-12iS. See page 29iS/U-11, steps 1-3.
