Badly Set Rivet in F-01204 Extrusion Flange

Has anyone had to replace a badly set solid rivet in the thick, extruded flange of the F-01204 fuselage center section bulkhead?
And if so how did you do it, and with what success?
There are a lot of 1/8" AN470 and AN426 solid rivets in that area.
