Mid wing mixer box question

Hi all,
Like most I am missing parts so working on sections I can complete. The left mixer box is complete so I figured I may as well build the righ as I have all of those parts. I understand the lower nutplate switches position for the right wing (vs the drawing for left). I was looking at the plans down the road to see how the bellcranks hook up and how the nutplates are used left vs right.

Can someone enlighten me on what utilizes the lower nutplate. I didn't see it used when installing the aileron bellcrank. Section 28 pg 19.

Thanks
Gary

I think I saw someone mention that nutplate is used for flap control components down the road. I’ve not seen anything in the KAI yet.

when I built my -12, there were many, many nut plates that were complete mysteries at the time of their placement. All but two ended up being used . Just wait until you get to the fuselage kit -- it's likely to be full of nut plates!

I see a small access plate on the upper skin that appears to be over the mid mixer box? I just dont see how its accessed after the skins are on the wing.. Oh well, buiuld on.
