Section 24 RollBar

After clecoing the RollBar together, I noticed on the left side that the 2 halves are separated a little bit (see attached pic). I can squeeze them together with a clamp but that does not seem right because I would think that would put that part under tensions,

Any thoughts and has anyone run into this?

I struggled a lot with the roll bar assembly until I got forward, backwards, left and right as well as the connector in the middle right. Don’t remember having to clamp the parts together though. If so, the opposite my bar sat very very snag and I had a big challenge but it on and off those mounting stumps. Do you have those two big holes both in the bottom back of the roll bar?

Thanks for the pics Mike and yes those two large holes are on the aft side of the RollBar. I think my problem is that when the parts were stamped it put a little twist in them. When I lay them on the bench the ends do not lay flat and one side is raised about 1/4". Trying to work thru by gently trying to untwist.
