RV-6 F-668 Sub-panel question

Can anyone shed some light on how to assemble the two halves of the F-668 subpanel? Drawing 35 doesn't show how to create the flange on the curved portion nor how to make the 2" overlap fit together as the dimensions are the same on both halves. Does anyone have photos of their assembled F-668?

I will be at the hangar and can take more pics if you need them. Ignore the area with clekos as that is a patch over the old radio stack. I had to “rebuild” and rework the bulkhead to mount Dynon components fo my panel upgrade in progress. IMG_0921.jpeg

Thanks! Is there a flange on the top edge of the F-668 along the curved portion?

A graphic, in case it helps others remember what that part is.

Thanks, that is the drawing I'm referring to. I see from the picture and the drawing that the flanges at the overlap are cut back to the centerline so they don't overlap.

On the left side of the drawing, there seems to be a flange indicated by the dashed line along the curved portion. Am I interpreting that correctly?

Also, Dwg 24A for the RV7&9 shows great detail on subpanel and instrument panel assembly. I don't have that equivalent drawing for my 6. Is there one?

Section DD on Dwg 54 is full scale. Might be able to measure off of that then use view A-A to locate horizontally.
