More torque question: stabilator pulley bolt

For the AN4 bolt holding the pulleys, is it supposed to be torqued to the standard value? Wondering if it’ll clamp too hard onto the pulleys. Thanks!

If I remember correctly there is a bearing on axle in the pulleys. Therefore torque to standard as it will pull up against axle. If pulleys get tight and hard to turn something is wrong.

Oh, thank you. I didn't inspect carefully before putting them in. Thought they'd rotate directly over the bolts .

Check Chapter 5 on torques, as parts in shear get a lower torque than otherwise.

By the way, wouldn't be a bad idea to cut an inspection hole over this pulley in the floor panel while you still can.

The floor ramp is screwed so can be removed anytime right?
