I created some 3D prints to help with page 17-06 (wing tip closeout) where you have to bend W-1204D's edges into varying angles from 16 degrees up to 116 degrees.
Rather than construct the tool out of wood, I just 3D printed the tool and then I printed a set of wedges for each of the different angles that you have to bend the part to. By doing this, I was able to get the part right on the first try (ok, second try) and it fit nicely. If anyone wants a set, please feel free to PM me and I'll make one up for you but if you have a 3D printer, here are the STL files so you can make them yourself.
