Ah, Dewitt...my father was raised there and his father was the town doctor in the early-mid 20th century. Dewitt is a very small town and the airport is basically a crop dusting field (or it was when I was there last). Stuttgart (AKA duck hunting capital of the world) is the closest "real" airport and you might find someone there that could do it. If not, check out North Little Rock (KORK)...there's a lot of RV and homebuilding activity there and I'd be surprised if you can't find someone there that could do it. The owner would have to fly the plane to either airport of course, and you should be ready to compensate him for that. If he won't do that, I'd walk away. Good luck!
