Need help Section 09-16

Doing some riveting tonight and got to 09-16 step 3. It says to rivet the E-903 and E-904 tip ribs to the spar. The diagram shows a call out for 2x AN470AD4-4 for each one to rivet to the end flange of the spar. There is no call out to rivet the end flange of E-904 to the web of the spar. The holes are there for an AN3 rivet but no callout for it. I was thinking that would be riveted later but I searched the plans and I don't see where that gets riveted. Am I missing something or are the plans missing something. I searched the wiki and didn't see a reference so I am thinking it's me.

It’s been a minute since I did that section but looking at the plans, it appears the 904 rib tip is attached to the web using AN470AD4-4s. Right?

Yes, this is the correct area. When I read that section I was wondering why the rivet sizes were called out twice. I guess the rivets that Turn and Burn circled were a seperate set an the one's I was looking for.

Thanks for helping clarify that. I was going out of my mind trying to figure out what I was missing. Turned out to be a good time to quit for the night lol
