I have the same grip. I replaced the original PTT with an OTTO. I had to enlarge the hole but is was worth the extra work. The OTTO is much more robust.

I have the same grip and I did the same, although I can't honestly remember if I had to enlarge the hole or not. I used Otto P7 milspec switches, which have a satisfyingly expensive feel (as they should!)

Mine came from custom aircraft grips from 15 years ago 360 274-6508 [email protected]. no idea if still valid contact info. Installed the part last week so the package was on my table . PO box 1184 Keslo, Washington 98626

Thank you for the responses. I have emailed the grip manufacturer. I don’t mind drilling it out but would like a drop in unit as first choice.
