If it is about a 1/4” wide that is more than likely a weatherstripping wide adhesive backing. Look at the home stores or Grainger.

Looks like standard rubber or neoprene strip, with an adhesive back. Measure it and it should be available at almost any big industrial supply house, like MSC, McMaster or Grainger.

According to the description, the linked seal has adhesive on both sides. He only wants adhesive on one side.
