Need a Garmin 327 Transponder

The front plate on my Garmin GTX 327 is cracked and comes loose, so buttons don't always work. I have the UAT in and out for ADSB so would like to stick with 327 for now for my 20-year old RV7. Retired on fixed income ....

Thank you, Robert

I tend to see them on Ebay frequently. We have a similar UAT (GDL-82) ADS-B setup, but we are still using a Garmin GTX-320A and found a good spare unit on Ebay. I was told by an avionics shop that these transponders never fail given they're solid-state. But, both the GTX-320A and GTX-327 tend to get broken faceplates, which is really ashamed. BTW--they are both slide-in interchangeable.

I’ve been fixing out of tolerance frequency output quite a bit lately, so although the 320/327 are very reliable they are often removed as ‘failed’ due to frequency drift.
