I have 2 K1000-3 nutplates on the bottom flange of F-01455 subpanel… can’t find where they are used. Any ideas?
They’re called out at KAI 35-05 for installation:
Take a look at page 50-02. It looks like those nut plates are used for Adell clamps to support the cabin heat cables. Not positive though! I just ordered cabin heat cables from McFarlane so I'm glad you asked this question

Yup, to secure heating cables. Also, be prepared, depending on how you mount your avionics, you're going to need a few more. In my case, I put the main bundle for my avionics along the bottom of F-01455. It's been quite awhile since, but below is a picture I shot during the process.
