F-01455 subpanel nutplates: where are they used?

I have 2 K1000-3 nutplates on the bottom flange of F-01455 subpanel… can’t find where they are used. Any ideas?
They’re called out at KAI 35-05 for installation:

Take a look at page 50-02. It looks like those nut plates are used for Adell clamps to support the cabin heat cables. Not positive though! I just ordered cabin heat cables from McFarlane so I'm glad you asked this question :-)

I noticed the heat cable hole at the base of the panel, didn’t recognize the subpanel nutplate aligned to it.

Yup, to secure heating cables. Also, be prepared, depending on how you mount your avionics, you're going to need a few more. In my case, I put the main bundle for my avionics along the bottom of F-01455. It's been quite awhile since, but below is a picture I shot during the process.

I've been staring thru the service panel all morning, after I reconfigured my center stack... again...
