Are these stock Van's seat cushions?

After 13 years we feel the dash is getting higher and higher...! I think it's time to redo the seat bottom cushions.

Are these the stock Van's seat cushions? They look like it. With these, fore-aft is about 21" and side-to-side is about 16"

Make a wedge from something more resilient than foam ...
There ends up being too much foam to sit on.
