I'm New Here
Rotax 912 ULS 2016 Kit completed by me, 500 TT. I have had constant though mild exhaust leaks, have lost several springs, and now a couple of the loops that they attach to. I am pretty good at keeping the carbs synchronized and have dynamic balanced the prop, balance my wheels, anything to minimize vibration.
There seem to be three available exhaust replacements for the "legacy RV 12".
Vans $3100+ (Vans didn't tell what was better, only that it was)
Toucan 1295-1600
Aeroweld a little confusing but around 1200 (this one is used in several European and Czech built production aircraft, it looks like a stainless steel version of what I have)
Does anyone know about these systems, and especially installed and used any of these systems.
Thanks

The 912 produces considerable vibration. Not an attempt to poo poo just stating the exhaust system gets quite a workout. I recently worked on an experimental with twin 912 power and the motor mounts needed much repair. Please check your mounts
