Will someone please post a picture of the installed row of K1000-08 plate nuts referenced in the drawing on page 16-03 and step 2 on page 16-04? I am particularly interested in how large the counter sinking is supposed to be for the screws. Thank you.

Dimple a scrap piece for a #8 screw and use that for a guide. Here is another post that may give more in sight.

Wing root fairing attachment nutplate holes

Sorry, forgot to mention that the fairing that goes between the wing and fuse is .040”. The dimpled test coupon should be the same for a proper fit.
